CarTika buy builds CardioTech's contract manufacturing

CardioTech International will add an extra 17,000 square feet of contract manufacturing space to its catheter and disposables production capability, with the acquisition of CarTika Medical, of Plymouth, Minnesota. The acquisition includes two certified class 10,000 clean rooms, and is expected to generate at least $7m in revenues over the next 12 months.
