NLEA LAWSUIT AGAINST FDA ALLEGING FIRST, FIFTH AMENDMENT RIGHTS VIOLATION was filed in Utah federal court on May 16 by the National Council for Improved Health (NCIH), supplement marketer Stanley Malstrom, physician Michael Janson, biochemist and nutritional consultant Oscar Rasmussen, and consumer Clive Buchanan.
