The HHS Office of the Inspector General is "reviewing the circumstances" surrounding the resignation of FDA Commissioner Lester Crawford in response to requests from members of Congress, IG Daniel Levinson confirmed in a recent letter to Rep. Maurice Hinchey (D-N.Y.) and colleagues. "Depending upon the results of the review, we will determine the next appropriate action," Levinson said.
