Kevin Buchi named CEO of Cephalon

Executive Summary
Following the recent demise of Frank Baldino, Cephalon has named Kevin Buchias its new chief executive officer and as a member of the board. William Egan will continue to serve as Cephalon's independent presiding director. Mr Buchi, who has been with Cephalon for almost 20 years, assumed day-to-day chief executive responsibilities for the company in August 2010. He had also previously served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer.
