Executive Summary
Tyco International will restructure by spinning off Tyco Fire and Security Services, Tyco Flow Control, and Tyco Healthcare Group LP with initial public offerings expected to be completed before the end of 2002. It will also sell Tyco Plastics, and either outright sell the troublesome CIT Group (formerly Tyco Capital, its financial services business), or spin it out to shareholders.
