Executive Summary
Antibiotics developer Phico Therapeutics brought in £450k ($704k) from its first round of private financing since its seed round from Cambridge Research and Innovation Ltd. (CRIL) in September 2000. CRIL returned for this round and was joined by Cambridge Capital Group, Providence Investment Co., Emblem Technology Partners, and other institutional investors.
