Executive Summary
Faust Pharmaceuticals (drugs for chronic CNS disorders) raised €16mm ($18.99mm) in its second round private placement. The company's existing investors Sofinnova Partners and Auriga Partners contributed a total of €6.5mm, while new investors Edmond de Rothschild Investment, Siparex Ventures, AGF Private Equity, and FCJE (managed by FP Gestion) bought €9.5mm worth of equity.
