Executive Summary
Spectrum Pharmaceuticals netted $19.95mm through the sale of 2.9mm common shares at $7.15 (a 19% premium) to institutional investors. Buyers also received 90-day warrants for another 1.47mm shares at $7.10 each. Rodman & Renshaw was the placement agent. Including this transaction, Spectrum has raised over $48mm in three separate private stock sales since May.
