Trinity Biotech PLC (reagents and instruments for point-of-care and laboratory diagnostics) has sold its global coagulation operations to Diagnostica Stago for $90mm. Of the total, $67.5mm was paid up front, and two payments of $11.25mm each will be made on the first and second anniversaries of the deal closing.
