Roche obtained worldwide rights to develop and market Spanish epigenetics biotech Oryzon Genomics SA’s lysine-specific demethylase-1 (LSD1; KDM1A) inhibitor program, led by Phase I/IIa ORY1001 and including back-up candidates. Roche also received licenses to two LSD1 patent families, plus options on other Oryzon compounds.
