Executive Summary
In the territories of Japan, Asia, and Europe, Millennium has signed a letter of intent to exclusively license LDP-977 to Taisho for the treatment of chronic asthma. Millennium will retain its rights for the rest of the world, including North America, and will manufacture and supply the product to Taisho.
