Executive Summary
Under terms of a multi-year agreement, Sepracor has licensed US co-promotion rights to MedPointe's (specialty pharmaceuticals and diagnostics) Astelin (azelastine) nasal spray antihistamine. Sepracor is responsible for its own marketing costs and gets a percentage of net sales above a mutually agreed upon baseline sales level.
